HEC Paris will hold a series of online master class sessions covering a wide range of topics in April. They are ranked number three in the Financial Times executive education and the top in International Executive MBA in 2019.
The first of the three master classes entitled ‘Cognitive Biases and Decision-Making: Case Of The Covid-19 Response’, will take place on Wednesday, April 8 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m (Qatar time). The session will examine population reaction to the coronavirus pandemic and the response of various governments around the world. It will be led by Prof Olivier Sibony, who teaches strategy, decision-making and problem solving at HEC Paris.
The second masterclass titled ‘How To Make Innovation Part of Your DNA!’ will take place on Wednesday 22 from 4:30pm to 6 pm (Qatar time), where Professor Laurence Lehmann-Ortega will address how well developed businesses are able to accept innovation and what it takes to convince them to do so. At the HEC Paris Strategy and Market Management, Professor Ortega served as an associate professor at the HEC Paris Startegy and Business department since 2009.
The third masterclass of the series is titled ‘The future of human collaboration in a world of automation and AI’. The session will take place on Wednesday 29 from 2:30pm to 4pm (Qatar time); and will be hosted by Professor Mathis Schulte, who argues that in an automated world, human collaboration will prove to be the decisive factor for organisations. Professor Schulte is an HEC Paris Associate Professor of Management and Human Resources since 2009.
HEC Paris masterclass sessions are designed to improve the leadership skills needed for senior business managers to succeed in their positions. These interactive discussions will give participants an insight into innovation subjects, such as being more creative in a professional context; the levers becoming a more
innovative individual; or providing a framework for their immediate team to be more innovative
