In cooperation with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) and Lekhwiya Force, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) has conducted a campaign to disinfect and sterilise the Industrial Area in Doha from Street No 1 to Street No 32 with an area equivalent to 12 million square metres. The campaign was implemented in a record time of no more than two days. The Ministry of Municipality and the Environment has recently implemented comprehensive campaigns to monitor and raise health awareness in various municipalities, which also included carrying out spraying and sterilisation operations in some locations within the geographical limits of each municipality ensure the health and safety of the public.
