Afghan govt, Taliban agree prisoner swap in meeting facilitated by Qatar, US

The Afghan government and the Taliban held their second technical meeting with the participation of Qatar, the US and the International Committee of the Red Cross. In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the two parties agreed to start releasing prisoners by March 31 this year.
