THE joint Qatari-Turkish working group in the field of education held a meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
The meeting was chaired by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Dr Ibrahim bin Saleh al Nuaimi on the Qatari side and by Assistant Minister of Education Mustafa Safran on the Turkish side.
The meeting was a result of the provisions of a cooperation agreement in the field of education signed between the two countries on February 12, 2015. It dealt particularly with e-learning and vocational training for teachers, as well as the possibility of signing twinning agreement between the two countries’ public schools. (QNA)
