The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in cooperation with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, the dealer of Mercedes-Benz in Qatar, has announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz V Class model of 2019 since the instrument panel in the model does not meet manufacturer’s speci?cation.
The recall campaign comes within the framework of the ministry’s continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The ministry said it would coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance works and will communicate with customers to ensure that they carry out the necessary repairs.
