Qatar Manpower Solutions Company ‘WISA’ organised the process of electing representatives of its workers to the joint committee of the company under the supervision of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs, in the presence of a representative of the ILO, in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. (21) for 2019.
WISA is one of the leading companies to implement this decision, believing in the important role played by workers in the company and is keen to meet all the requirements for the welfare of workers and their rights.
The company organised a seminar to explain the mechanisms followed by receiving of the applications of candidates within the time limit. There were five applications for two seats.
The step taken by WISA aims to achieve the desired results of the joint committee’s work to help strengthen cooperation, improve working relationships, enhance organisational effectiveness, addresscomplaints, as well as an important role in the awareness and education process.
