Qatar voiced strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion in Laghman province in eastern Afghanistan that left several dead and injured.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the firm position of the State of Qatar rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of their motives and reasons.
The statement expressed Qatar’s condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. (QNA)
Qatar slams attack in northeast Nigeria
Qatar strongly condemned and denounced the attack in northeast Nigeria in which a number of people were killed and several others were kidnapped. In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the firm position of the State of Qatar rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of their motives and reasons. Sri Lankan ministry receives credentials of Qatari envoy
Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka Thushara Rodrigo received a copy of the credentials of HE Jassim bin Jabor Jassim al Suroor as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Sri Lanka. The Chief of Protocol wished the ambassador success in his duties and the bilateral relations between the two countries further development and prosperity. (QNA)
