Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed al Attiyah met President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian on the sidelines of the Doha Forum 2019 on Saturday. Attiyah also met Minister of Defence of Japan Taro Kono and Malaysia’s Defence Minister Mohammed Sabo. Besides, Attiyah met US Secretary of Treasury Steven Mnuchin and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Arabian Gulf Affairs Timothy Lenderking. The meetings reviewed bilateral cooperation between Qatar and their countries. He also met with Canada’s Assistant Deputy foreign Minister for Global Affairs Peter McDougall. (QNA)
