Ali Bin Ali Holding’s Dohatna Innovative Distribution, the official partner of Samsung Electronics, on Tuesday launched the ‘Samsung Travel Companion’ programme.
Exclusive for travellers with Galaxy smartphones, the programme will be live at the Qatar Duty Free Samsung Brand Shop located at the departure terminal within Hamad International Airport from December 12, 2019 to February 12, 2020.
Travellers with Samsung Galaxy smartphones will benefit from various services offered as part of the programme at the Samsung Brand Shop, including support with software update, data transfer and general consultation about their device. While programme is live, customers and programme participants will be offered a travel pouch as a gift.
Commenting on the programme, General Manager of Dohatna Innovative Distribution Mohammad Imran said, “With the holiday season coming up, it is a very strategic decision to launch the Samsung Travel Companion programme. This is a new level of reaching out to the customers and catering to their needs. Dohatna Innovative Distribution is glad to partner with Samsung in launching this program.”
