The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Sunday received a written message from President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro pertaining to bilateral relations and the means to develop them. The message was received by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al Hammadi during his meeting with Ambassador of Venezuela to Qatar HE Giuseppe Angelo Yoffreda Yorio on Sunday.
