Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad al Muraikhi met with Philippines Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L Locsin in Manila on Tuesday. They reviewed bilateral relations and a number of issues of common concern. The meeting also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to hold political consultations between the two foreign ministries on issues of common concern. (QNA)
