Kathmandu: Nepalese Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli appointed nine new ministers on Thursday in the first cabinet reshuffle since he took office 22 months ago.
President Bidhya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office to six cabinet ministers and three state ministers at her office in Kathmandu on Thursday, according to a statement from her secretariat. The reshuffle included ministers of industry, commerce and supply; agriculture; federal affairs and general administration; labour; women, children and the elderly; and transport and physical infrastructure.
