Qatar, Malaysia Hold Preparatory Meeting on Establishment of Joint High-Level Committee The State of Qatar and Malaysia held a preparatory meeting on the establishment of a Joint High-Level Committee, chaired by the Foreign Ministers of the two countries. The State of Qatar’s delegation to the meeting was led by Secretary- General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al Hammadi, and the Malaysian side was headed by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dato’ Sri Muhammad ShahrulIkram Yaakob.
