Under the MoU, the two sides will cooperate on the exchange of information and data on labour disputes, sending judgments to the Dispute Settlement Committee, inquiring about appeals on judgments, requesting copies of employment contracts and salary details, inquiring about the judgments issued against the violating establishment that did not commit to transfer the wages, and inquiring about the judgments issued against the establishment violating the provisions of the Labour Law No (14) of 2004, as well as on the requirements of safety, health, labour inspection and stages of the lawsuit.
The MoU also included the possibility of forming executive committees and joint task forces, holding consultation meetings to coordinate in the areas falling within the scope of the MoU and the possibility of preparing one or more executive programmes between the different administrative sectors of the two parties, and appointing a representative to act as a liaison between the two parties.
