Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al Thani met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania Ramona Manescu, on the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, in New York on Sunday.
