Ooredoo Qatar becomes one of the top telecom operators globally to achieve the certification with an enterprise-wide scope.The certificate was received by Yousuf Abdulla al Kubaisi, Ooredoo’s chief operating officer, during a ceremony at Ooredoo’s Doha headquarters. The certificate was presented by Consul Pascal Fornage, head of Economic Department at the French Embassy, in the presence of Ooredoo executives and Bureau Veritas County Chief Executive Selim Kseib.Speaking of the milestone, COO Kubaisi said: “We are very proud as this achievement is a testament of Ooredoo’s commitment to deliver high quality and reliable services to our customers that meet the most stringent international benchmarks. This certification reflects Ooredoo’s continuous efforts to demonstrate its capability to continue provision of reliable products and services by minimising the impact of disruptive incidents. In addition to this certificate, Ooredoo is also certified for its Quality, Health & Safety, Environment (ISO9001,14001,18001), Information Security (ISO27001) and Service Management (ISO20000) operations.
