Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, met with the Speaker of the Ethiopian House of Federation, HE Keria Ibrahim Ali, who is visiting Doha to take part in the 140th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly.
