Second phase of Sanea Competition set to kick off today

Qatar Science Club, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and ibTECHar company, will launch the second phase of the evaluation of projects participating in the 2019 Sanea Competition on Tuesday.
Sanea Competition is a research competition that focuses on the adaptation of 3D technology for the benefit of scientific research and the work of experimental models for research.
The competition aims to promote the culture of innovation among students and enhance the growth and development of educational and economic sectors, to contribute to the realisation of Qatar National Vision 2030.
According to the Founding Partner and CEO of ibTECHar Nayef Mohammed al Ibrahim, the evaluation process of the competition is divided into four stages. The first stage, implemented during November 18-22, 2018, focused on choosing the idea, planning and research. The second phase relates to the design, testing and the arbitration criteria of the prototype and testing the model. The third stage deals with evaluation and development, while the fourth stage focuses on showcasing and presentation.
