Obama to honour 13 police officers with Medal of Valor

WASHINGTON PRESIDENT Barack Obama is honoring 13 law enforcement officers who risked their lives to protect others. Obama will present the Medal of Valor at a ceremony in the East Room on Monday. Three Santa Monica, California, officers are being honored for their response to a 2013 rampage on a community college campus that left five people dead. (AP)
