Board of Directors of QDB restructured

DOHA The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Monday issued Amiri Decision No (4) of 2019 restructuring the Board of Directors of Qatar Development Bank (QDB). The decision stipulates that the Board of Directors of Qatar Development Bank shall be restructured as follows: HE Ali bin Ahmed al Kuwari as Chairman, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim al Thani as Vice-Chairman, HE Ahmed bin Mohammed al Sayyed as Board Member, Saud bin Abdullah bin Hamad al Attiyah as Board Member, Salman Keldari as Board Member, Mohammed Badr al Sada as Board Member, and Abdulaziz Ismail Faraj al Ansari as Board Member. The decision is effective from its date of issue and is to be published in the Official Gazette. (QNA)
