The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani received the credentials of Ambassador of Pakistan to Qatar HE Syed Ahsan Raza Shah at the Amiri Diwan office on Monday. At the outset of the meeting, the Amir welcomed the new ambassador and wished him success in his missions and the relations between Qatar and Pakistan further progress and prosperity. For his part, the ambassador conveyed the greetings of Pakistna President Dr Arif Alvi to the Amir and his best wishes for the Qatari people of further progress and prosperity. Earlier, the ambassador was accorded official reception ceremony at the Amiri Diwan. (QNA)
