IN continuation of the success of Toyota Hybrid Experience programme held recently for limousine customers, Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB) fleet sales team concluded a deal for supplying Toyota hybrid electric vehicles with Pick Quick Limousine.
The first delivery of Camry Hybrid electric vehicles was held at the Toyota Showroom at AAB Tower where AAB’s ACEO RK Murugan handed over the symbolic key to Mohammed Alamgir Hossain Hashmat Ali, managing partner of Pick Quick Limousine in the presence of AAB fleet sales team members.
M/s Pick Quick Limousine is one of the leading integrated limousine companies operating in Qatar since 2004 to provide total solution of transportation in Qatar. Pick Quick Limousine has a fleet strength of over 450 vehicles in operation of which more than 40 percent are brand Toyota.
AAB has been participating in and organising various programmes to promote hybrid electric vehicles in Qatar. Early this year, AAB had participated in the ‘Green Car’ initiative organised by Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation ‘Kahramaa’ during the National Program for Conservation and Energy Efficiency-Tarsheed.
During Qatar Motor Show, AAB had organised two-day hybrid educational session by Khalifa al Haroon, a prominent Qatari national. In addition to this, AAB had recently organised a Toyota Hybrid Experience programme for limousine drivers as well as for Top Fleet customers. During these sessions, the hybrid electric vehicle technology as well as its key advantages were explained.
To promote hybrid electric vehicles and to reduce carbon footprint in Qatar, AAB has partnered with Sharq Village & SPA by giving Camry HEV for the transportation of their VIP customers.
Toyota currently has two hybrid models in its model line-up in Qatar viz. Toyota Prius HEV and Toyota Camry HEV. AAB will be introducing more Toyota hybrid electric vehicles next year.
