Qatar National Day reaffirms progress in building approach, human development, societal cohesion and continuity on the path which enhances prosperity in a nation which is peaceful and resilient to threats, Qatar Social Work Foundation (QSWF) CEO Amal Abdullatif al Mannai has said.
Mannai said the day comes amid rapid social achievements as part of the vision directed at social work system, which promotes family and community cohesion and human
development.
She reiterated that the foundation works to achieve positive change in the lives of the less privileged in light of faith and hard work for fundamental human rights, individual dignity and worth, gender equality and for the youth to carry the beacons of Qatar National Vision 2030, while ensuring that no one is left behind in this developmental transformation that supports everyone living on the land of Qatar.
She added that the foundation is responsible with national institutions to begin the path for comprehensive and joint prosperity.
Regarding the unjust siege imposed on Qatar, Mannai said its goal was and still remains to dissipate the great achievements made at various levels, including sustainable human development such as society and family cohesion, livelihoods, personal security and national loyalty.
She said the consolidation of State institutions under its wise leadership has led to an optimal mitigation against siege conditions and turned its challenges into a chance for steadfastness, an incentive for building, the ability to face challenges and threats and maximise the values of work and achievement.
Mannai added that the community members’ participation in the development and implementation of State plans and decision-making positions at present and future will be the real reflection of the love for the nation and loyalty to wise leadership of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani.
