AIR India Express, the national carrier of India, is set to increase service on Doha-Cochin route, making it daily from four flights a week, from March 25 till October 28, the Indian Embassy in Qatar has tweeted.
According to the new schedule, the flight will leave Cochin at 23.30pm (local time) and arrive in Doha at 1.15am everyday. The flight from Doha will depart at 2.15am and arrive in Cochin at 9.10am.
The new service is expected to ease traffic on Doha-Cochin route benefiting large number of expatriates and tourists.
Presently, Air India has services from Doha to Indian cities Mumbai, Mangalore, Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode.
