The Ritz-Carlton, Doha has reopened the STK restaurant on Friday.
STK, perched on the 23rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton Doha, is a modern, chic and unique steakhouse that distinguishes itself by offering a vibrant experience.
The restaurant breaks away from convention by providing a glamorous culinary destination that boasts mouth-watering dishes, with high quality ingredients and a creative twist. 
STK classics are ample on the menu, including the bite-sized Lil’ Brg’s made with Wagyu beef, the Tuna Tartare with soy-honey emulsion, the USDA steaks and the Japanese Wagyu ‘Omi’ beef, with vast array of toppings and a unique selection of house-made sauces. 
Friday Brunch and Saturday Roast packages are also making a comeback. Foodies can be rest assured. There will be some exciting new dishes to try, such as the grilled octopus salad, the slow-cooked black cod and the jalapeno pickled shrimp.
Guests can come to STK and enjoy these culinary creations in a modern setting, artfully blended with lively music and a high-energy atmosphere that exudes an air of luxury, yet still remaining down to earth. 
Beautiful sea views, comfortable interiors with a sleek design and a fresh menu are just a few of the exciting things STK Doha has to offer.
