Children below 12 years are not allowed to enter malls even if they are accompanied by vaccinated parents.
With the decision to re-impose some COVID-restrictions coming into force from Saturday, many malls across the country such as City Centre, Mall of Qatar, Hayat Plaza and Tawar Mall have put out at notifications regarding the entry of children.
As per the regulations from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, children below 12 years old are allowed to enter hypermarkets and complexes which are outside the malls.

For those who recovered from COVID-19, they can show their recovery certificate instead of golden Ehteraz.

For those who are exempted from the vaccine, they can show exemption certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) or Haman Medical Corporation instead of Ehteraz.
