A Qatari plane carrying humanitarian aid for the people of Afghanistan landed at Kabul International Airport on Wednesday.
The plane was carrying aid provided by Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and Qatar Charity as part of the humanitarian support from Qatar to the Afghan people, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The shipment contains 46 tonnes of both medical and food aid to support the people in need during winter. “Qatar wishes the people of Afghanistan a safe winter, and remains committed to supporting them,” the MoPH added.
