Customers will have to pay more for fuel in Qatar. Announcing the fuel prices in Qatar for August, Qatar Petroleum on Saturday said premium-grade petrol will cost QR2.05 per litre, while the super grade petrol will retail at QR2.10 per litre. Both fuel grades saw a jump of 10 dirhams in their fares from July.
Diesel, on the other hand, is priced QR1.95 per litre for January, QR0.05 more than its price in July.
