A Qatar Airways flight operated by an all-women crew on Saturday took off from Doha to raise awareness on breast cancer by drawing something special in the sky.

The flight, a 787-8 Dreamliner (QR9901), took off at 9:17 am and landed back in Doha after several minutes, having completed a flight path that resembled a "pink ribbon", an international symbol of breast cancer awareness.

The airlines on Friday called on its followers on social media to track the flight path of QR9901 on Flightradar24, a Swedish internet-based service that shows real-time commercial aircraft flight tracking information on a map.
"Take the #QatarAirways @BoeingAirplanes 787 Dreamliner, add an all-female crew and mix together with a flight path. Want to know the result? Check back tomorrow for the answer," the airlines tweeted on Friday.
It followed it with another tweet on Saturday morning: “We’re all set and ready for pushback. Better track QR9901 on @flightradar24 for our surprise” — along with a checklist for the ThinkPink flight.
