Four health centres currently serving all residents in Qatar will be exclusively dedicated to serving Qatari citizens from June 15, the Ministry of Public Health announced on Wednesday.
The centres are: Leabaib Health Center, Muaither Health Center, Al Thumama Health Center and South Al Wakra Health Center.
The ministry said the rest of the 24 out of the 28 health centres affiliated with the Primary Health Care Corporation will continue to provide healthcare services to citizens and residents.
Besides, four under-construction health centres, which are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023, will also be allocated to Qataris, the ministry said. They are: Al Mashaf Health Center, Al Sadd Health Center, Umm Saneem Health Center and new Al Khor Health Center.
