Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Sunday with HE President of National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Salem Al Meslet, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the State of Qatar's position that there must be a political solution in accordance with the Geneva-1 Declaration and the full implementation of Security Council Resolution 2254. His Excellency also emphasized the importance of reaching a comprehensive ceasefire that contributes to facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid into Syria.
