Qatar on Thursday reported 151 new COVID-19 cases – 139 among community and 12 cases among travelers, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has announced.
Also, 129 people recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries in Qatar to 241,061.
The ministry said a total of 4,996,503 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered since the start of the vaccination programme.
As many as 7,082 doses were administered during the past 24 hours.
So far, 117,937 doses of COVID-19 booster vaccines have been administered to date.
With this, the MoPH said, 85.4 percent of the total population have now been vaccinated with two doses of the vaccine.
