The Al Farkiah Beach in Al Khor will open for public on September 20, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment said on Wednesday.
Only women and children below the ages of 10 will be permitted into the Al Farkiah Beach in Al Khor on Sundays and Wednesdays, from 7 am to 10 pm, the ministry said in a tweet.
For rest of the weekdays, the beach is open to families from 7 am to midnight, starting September 20, it added.
