Visibility inshore is forecasted to be reduced to 4 to 8 kilometers or less during thundery rains, and offshore visibility is expected to be similarly affected.

Sea conditions inshore are projected to range from 2 to 4 feet, rising to 5 feet during thundery rain. Offshore, sea state is expected to be between 3 to 3 feet, rising to 10 feet during thundery rain.
