Amir sends congratulations to Latvian president

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Latvia HE Edgars Rinkevics on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
