To welcome and celebrate the auspicious occasion of Ramadan, Banana Island Resort Doha, the leading destination for luxury in Qatar, came up with exquisite offers which seek to share with community members their joy at the advent of the Holy Month. As always, the aim is to provide a luxurious atmosphere that reflects the spirit and authenticity of Qatari hospitality, plus an opportunity for family and friends to savour the festive feeling of togetherness in one of the finest destinations in the country.
To enhance the Ramadan experience, guests of Banana Island Resort Doha will be able to take pleasure in a special stay offer with exceptional room rates from 7th April 7 until 1st May 2022. This includes accommodation in a room or suite (subject to availability), Iftar for two at the prominent Azraq restaurant, and Suhour at the renowned Al Nahham restaurant. The competitive price of this Ramadan Island Escape is also inclusive of roundtrip luxury boat transfers. 
During Iftar, guests may choose indoor seats at Azraq restaurant, or stay outdoors in a mesmerizing atmosphere with elaborate decorations complete with live entertainment. There is a dedicated area for prayer and a majlis tent where guests can have henna tattoo as well. An extensive number of counters and live cooking stations can be found all around the area. Guests can choose from a variety of flavourful dishes such as ouzi, shawarma, BBQ, pasta, chicken biryani, grilled shrimps, international salads, cold cuts, among others, and feel refreshed with Ramadan beverages and fresh juices, in addition to a cart of Arabic coffee, karak chai and tea options. Dinners won’t leave without trying the colourful and mouthwatering desserts, including ice cream from the cart. Iftar will be served daily from the Maghrib call to prayer until 9:30 pm.
Meanwhile, Suhour at Al Nahham Restaurant will be served from 9:00 pm until 3:00 am as a family-style set menu which includes hot and cold mezze, main course of shish taouk or kabab Halabi or the famous Jordanian dish “galayet bandora”. End this gastronomic journey with a dessert of pistachio and cheese qatayef being made live at the breezy balcony, overlooking the magnificent view of the Doha skyline.
