The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the United Arab Emirates HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, Prime Minister of Iraq Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani, Prime Minister of Yemen Dr Maeen Abdulmalik Saeed, and Prime Minister of Rwanda Dr Edouard Ngirente toured the pavilions of International Horticultural Expo 2023 Doha, which is being organised under the theme ‘Green Desert, Better Environment’, at Al Bida Park.
During the tour, HH the Amir and the world leaders were briefed on the exhibits related to agriculture and horticulture in the pavilions of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Turkiye, Italy and the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
HH the Amir was accompanied during the tour by Personal Representative of HH the Amir HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani and Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al- Thani. Several sheikhs, ministers and representatives of countries were also present on the tour.
