Qatar on Sunday reported 152 new COVID-19 cases – 138 among community and 14 among travelers, the Ministry of Public Health said in its daily report.
Also, 119 people recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in Qatar to 241,459.
The ministry said a total of 5,011,447 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered since the start of the vaccination programme. As many as 3,459 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in the past 24 hours.
So far, 13,0038 doses of COVID-19 booster vaccines have been administered, it added.
With this, the MoPH said, 85.5 percent of the total population has now been fully vaccinated with both doses of the vaccine.
