The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced the working hours for its health centres during the Eid Al Adha holidays, which will span from Tuesday, June 27, until Monday, July 3, 2023. Out of the total 31 health centres under the PHCC, 20 centres will remain operational during this period.

The 20 health centres listed below will provide family medicine and allied services during the Eid Al Adha holidays continuously from 7am to 11pm, while dental services will operate from 7am to 10pm.

Al Wakra Health Centre, Airport Health Centre, Al Mashaf Health Centre, Al Thumama Health Centre, Rawdat Al Khail Health Centre, Omar bin Al Khattab Health Centre, Al Sadd Health Centre, West Bay Health Centre, Leabaib Health Centre, Umm Slal Health Centre, Gharrafat Al Rayyan Health Centre, Madinat Khalifa Health Centre, Abu Baker Al Siddiq Health Centre, Al Rayyan Health Centre, Mesaimeer Health Centre, Muaither Health Centre, Al Khor Health Centre, Al Ruwais Health Centre and Al Sheehaniya Health Centre.Al Jumailiya Health Centre will continue to operate during Eid Al Adha holidays with a 24-hour call system.

Off-Duty Health Centers

PHCC has also specified the eleven health centres that will not operate during the Eid Al Adha holidays, and these include: Al Wajbah Health Centre, Al Waab Health Centre, Qatar University Health Centre, Umm Ghuwailina Health Centre, South Al Wakra Health Centre, Al Daayen Health Centre, Al Ghuwairiya Health Centre, Al Kaaban Health Centre, Abu Nakhla Health Centre, Umm Al Seneem Health Centre, and Al Karaana Health Centre.

Specialised Clinics

The specialised clinics will operate according to the appointments set for patients in advance in two shifts: a morning shift from 7am until 2pm, and an evening shift from 4pm until 10pm. The ophthalmology, dermatology and the ENT clinics will operate daily in Leabaib and Rawdat Al Khail health centres.

Premarital Examination Clinic

The premarital examination clinic will operate as follows: Al Rayyan Health Centre: on Tuesday, June 27, in the morning shift only; Leabaib Health Centre: on Thursday, June 29, in the morning shift only; Al Mashaf Health Centre: on Monday, July 3, in the evening shift only.

24/7 Urgent Care Facilities

PHCC also specified 10 health centres that will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide urgent care services. These health centres include: Al Sheehaniya Health Centre, Abu Bakr Health Centre, Muaither Health Centre, Al Ruwais Health Centre, Al Kaaban Health Centre, Umm Slal Health Centre, Gharrafat Al Rayyan Health Centre, Rawdat Al Khail Health Centre, Al Mashaf Health Centre, and Al Sadd Health Centre.

Medication Home Delivery Service

The Medication Home Delivery Service will be off from Wednesday, June 28, until Friday, June 30, to be resumed on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

Community Call Centre and COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Hotline

The Community Call Centre 16000 will provide a telephone medical consultation service 24/7. Regarding the hotline 40277077 for booking COVID-19 vaccine appointments, it will work continuously from 7am to 11pm.
