His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Monday issued Decree No (25) of 2023, appointing HE Abdullah bin Khalaf bin Hattab Al Kaabi as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior. (QNA)
