On behalf of His Highness the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, HE Sheikh Thani bin Hamad Al Thani honoured the winners of the Sheikh Hamad Award for Translation and International Understanding at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha on Sunday.
