The Cabinet has approved a draft law amending certain provisions of Law No 24 of 2006 by issuing a law (system) regulating the fertilizers and agricultural soil conditioners in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and referred it to the Shura Council.
The amendment aims to reinforcing the penalty on the infringement of certain provisions of the act.
The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, took the decision on Wednesday.
The Cabinet reviewed the memorandum of the General Secretariat of the Shura Council, on the expression of interest, on the aspects associated with marriage and the views of the related concerned authorities in this matter, and took the appropriate decision regarding this issue.
