“Hats off to Qatar for hosting an incredible World Cup so far. The group stages will be remembered as one of the all-time greats,” Sunak said in a tweet.

The British PM’s tweet came just hours before the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Group 16 match between England and Senegal.
