in response to strong interest from the Qatari market, Eagle Hills Diyar, a private real estate investment and development company based in Bahrain, has announced that it is showcasing one of Bahrain's key real estate developments in Doha on November 26-29.
The exclusive exhibit will give Qatari nationals and visitors a preview of the unique residential opportunities available within Marassi Residences and Marassi Shores Residences, at the 875,000 square metre waterfront destination, which is located on the eastern shores of the master-development Diyar Al Muharraq, a press release said on Wednesday.
Dr Maher al Shaer, managing director of Eagle Hills Diyar, said:"With Doha less than an hour's flight from Bahrain and only a 4-hour drive away, Marassi Al Bahrain is ideally located for Qatar's discerning property investors.
"Be it to buy a beachfront vacation apartment, weekend getaway penthouse, or revenue-building investment property, the self-contained mix of outdoor activities, shopping, dining and entertainment will appeal to all buyers," he said.
"We have already received strong interest from Qatari investors and second-home owners, and we expect this to increase with our roadshow outreach," he added.
Marassi Al Bahrain's master plan includes several residential projects, such as the announced Marassi Residences and Marassi Shores Residences, as well as the iconic Marassi Galleria, a 178,000 sqm high-end lifestyle and shopping destination, which will feature a range of entertainment and dining options, lush gardens, and shaded walkways. Eagle Hills Diyar recently announced the start of major piling works on Marassi Galleria by German ground-engineering firm Keller Grundbau GmbH. The milestone marks the beginning of construction on Marassi Al Bahrain as planned, with the project on track for delivering a unique master-planned urban development offering unique waterfront residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment spaces.
