The Pearl Island witnessed a grandiose opening of Qarnevale Quartier at its little Venice precinct of Qanat Quartier. The Venice-like festival is organized by United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of The Pearl and Gewan Islands in cooperation with "Festi Group", the founder and organizer of the popular Venice Carnival.
You will experience the international flavor of Italy on The Pearl Island, as the roaming parade recreates the spirit and details of one of the most famous festivals in the world, through elaborate masquerade shows, human statues, and dazzling floating arts.
The carnival will be held daily until December 4th and will feature enchanting performances including Street Artist Performances, Aerial Dancing Show, Laser Music Show, and a roaming Parade.
Eleven days of art, time travel magic, and limitless excitement with such major international attraction for the residents of The Pearl Island as well as for tourists in Qatar in conjunction with the World Cup.Shows Schedule:
• Street Artists Performances: 4:00 pm - 4:40 pm | 6.30 pm - 7.20 pm.
• Aerial Dancing Show: 4:00 pm - 4.40 pm | and 7.20 pm - 7.30 pm
• Laser Music Show: 5.10 pm - 5.20 pm | 7.30 pm - 7.55 pm
• Parade: 5.20 pm – 6.00 pm | 8.00 pm – 8.40 pm
