Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani on Tuesday met separately with First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Urban Development of Algeria Kamel Beldjoud, Minister of Interior of Palestine General Ziad Mahmoud Hab Al Reeh, Minister of Interior and Municipalities of Lebanon Bassam Mawlawi, Minister of Interior in charge of the Director-General of the Police Forces of Sudan Lieutenant-General Anan Hamed Muhammad Omar, Director of Public Security of Jordan Major-General Hussein Muhammad Al Hawatmeh, Director-General of National Security of Morocco Abdellatif Hammouchi and Assistant Inspector-General of Police and Customs for Operations of Oman Major-General Abdullah Ali Al Harthy.
The PM also met with Minister of the Interior of France Gerald Darmanin, Minister of Interior Moldova Ana Revenco, Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo Xhelal Svecla, Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Selmo Cikotic, Minister of Internal Security and Civil Protection of Mali General Daouda Aly Mohammedine, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Police Lieutenant-General Aliyev Ismat, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Major-General Rahmonzoda Saidnakhsh Hakim and Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community of Germany Rita Schwarzeluhr-Sutter on the sidelines of the 14th Milipol Qatar 2022 at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).
During the meetings, they reviewed the bilateral relations between Qatar and their countries, and the ways to support and develop them, especially in the security fields. The prime minister hosted a lunch banquet in honour of heads of delegations participating in Milipol Qatar 2022. (QNA)
