The Wyndham Grand Regency Doha hotel has announced the appointment of Antony Raj Thomas as its new General Manager, following the property’s ownership transition in 2017.
Thomas has been affiliated with the group of conglomerates owned by the same hotel owner, Mohd Mubarak S A Al-Kaabi, for the past 20 years, managing the latter’s real estate investment, which includes but is not limited to property development, property lease, facility management, and the buy and sell of multi-million properties.
According to an announcement made by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in April 2022, Antony Raj Thomas will officially take the lead in Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ flagship hotel in the Middle East under the Wyndham Grand brand collection.
Thomas, who has joined the world’s largest hotel franchising company by number of properties and 22 brands in over 95 countries, will oversee hotel operations to ensure that all guests and clients receive exceptional service.
The Wyndham Grand Regency Doha hotel has 246 rooms and suites with a harmonious blend of traditional architecture and spectacular contemporary design, as well as all the comforts and amenities one would expect from a five-star hotel.
