The Department of Maritime Customs has foiled an attempt to smuggle a huge amount of banned narcotic pills into the country. The Customs department shared photos, on its social media platforms, of the prohibited Captagon narcotic pills which were seized at Al Ruwais Port after inspection of a refrigerator truck engine. A total of 7,330 pills were seized during the inspection. (TNN)
