Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading digital enabler has announced the addition of a WhatsApp ordering facility to its business customers’ access to its services.
Business customers of the telecommunication leader can now use WhatsApp to position orders, as part of its vision of ‘Enriching people’s digital lives,’ and to provide additional support as the COVID-19 pandemic situation continues.
B2B customers can position an order quickly and easily by outlining the order and adding the appropriate documents to the dedicated WhatsApp line on 4414 1111.
The dedicated WhatsApp line for Business customers will be open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a team of experts on hand to provide guidance and assistance.
