Hilton Doha The Pearl Hotel and Residences, a leading hospitality chain’s largest property in Qatar, has appointed Denzil Pereira to manage its five varied F&B outlets.
Pereira, who holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and hospitality management from Goa’s Institute of Advanced Studies, is a hotelier with 14 years’ experience across major hospitality brands in the Far East, Middle East and India.
An Indian national hailing from Goa, Denzil Pereira brings with him a wealth of expertise in streamlining hospitality functions, spearheading major events and launches, and improving guest satisfaction with an over-riding passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
He joins the Doha property from China where he spent 30 successful months as Cluster Operations Manager for the Conrad Dalian & Hilton Dalian.
“Denzil’s career track record is exemplary and in Dalian he instigated numerous new F&B and leisure concepts, including the launch of the city’s first molecular dining concept,” said Hassan El Wahidi, general manager, Hilton Doha The Pearl Hotel and Residences.
“We look forward to harnessing his creativity to further boost the guest service within our varied F&B offering to ensure our place as the hospitality hotspot of Doha.”
At Hilton Doha The Pearl Hotel and Residences, Denzil Pereira will now manage the functions across the hotel’s La Pergola Pool Bar, the Levantine Lebanese restaurant, the stylish Lobby Café, the Mulberry Tavern and the contemporary, casual The Kitchen Restaurant.
